We take a few details, hold them for what they need to do, and let go when we don't need them.

What we collect
When you buy a ticket we receive your name and email, the holder name for each seat, and the order details. The contact form and waitlist take a name and email. Card numbers go straight to Stripe Japan on their hosted page. We never see them.
Why we hold it
To send the ticket, the receipt, and door-side confirmation. To reply to messages you send us. To tell waitlist holders when seats open. To check names at the door.
Who else sees it
Stripe Japan handles payment. Apple and Google process the wallet pass when you add it to your phone. Our email provider sends the receipt and waitlist note. Our analytics tool counts page views with no cookies and no personal identifiers.
How long we keep it
Order records stay for the period our accounting requires. Waitlist entries stay until you ask to be removed. Email replies stay in the inbox until cleared.
Your rights
Write to admin@owanbe.jp to see what we hold on you, correct it, or remove it. We reply within two business days.
Children
Ticket purchase is for adults. Christmas Carol welcomes families. The adult who books carries the booking.
