How it works
Write to admin@owanbe.jp from the email you bought the ticket with. We refund the full amount to the original payment method. Stripe takes a few business days to settle the return.
When
Any time before doors open on the event date. After doors open the seat is considered used.
If we cancel
Full refund, automatic, by email. No request needed.
