Terms of the night.

• Acceptance

  Buying a ticket accepts these terms and the privacy notice.

• Your ticket

  One ticket grants one entry to the named event, on the named date, for the price paid. Carry it on your phone or print it.

• Name on the ticket

  Edit the holder name through your ticket page any time before the event begins. Pass the ticket on by updating the name. We do not allow resale at a markup.

• Age policy

  Summer Gala and The Wedding Party are 18 and over. Bring photo ID. Christmas Carol welcomes all ages; under-18s attend with a guardian.

• At the door

  Capacity is the cap. Late arrivals seated at our discretion. We may refuse entry where safety of staff or guests is at risk.

• Photography and film

  Events are photographed and filmed for editorial use. Walking through the door includes your image in that work. To opt out, email admin@owanbe.jp before the event and our crew will avoid your frame.

• If we cancel or postpone

  If we cancel, full refund, automatic, by email. If we move the date, your ticket carries to the new date or you take a full refund.

• Beyond our control

  Natural disasters, public health orders, transport shutdowns and similar events may move or cancel a date. Refund treatment is the same as above.

• Liability

  We run the night with care. We are not responsible for personal belongings or losses beyond what local law requires.

• Changes

  Material changes to these terms reach ticket holders by email. This page always shows the current version.
